Picture day, 2006. The sleeper awakens, sort of:



Mom gets her in a nice dress by striking a bargain: she will wear the dress if she can wear her cowboy boots and dance tights. Done and done. But what to do about the hair? A palmful of silk therapy oil and a lot of hairspray later, we have a shiny helmet that will hopefully hold long enough before deteriorating back into cowlicks.
